What is a learner?

A learner is the recipient that an account holder assigns to a purchased private lesson package or group course enrollment as part of the checkout process.

Adult learners can log in using the account holder’s login credentials, and it is the account holder who will receive financial emails, but other adult learners on the account receive lesson notifications at the email address linked to their learner profile.

For child learners, we require their parent/legal guardian to agree to Cricket Media’s Privacy and Disclaimer Notices prior to learning with us.All communications go through the guardian rather than directly to the child learner.
