How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

I’m sorry to hear you need to cancel your subscription. You can request cancellation from your student account, under My Account --> Edit Plan. You can also email us at [email protected] and we’d be happy to assist! Please be sure to get in touch before your next billing date -- we aren't able to retroactively cancel and refund a subscription that has already been billed.
