What is your refund and transfer policy?

Group courses:

Dropping out of a group course: You have until seven days prior to your course start date to make any cancellations. After that, refunds cannot be offered under any circumstance (unless the cancellation is made by Cricket eLearning). 

Transferring to a different group course level: 

If you have enrolled in a group course that is not right for you, we’ll make sure to help get you into a better-fitting one! Email us at [email protected] before the second session of your course and we'll be happy to help you out.

Private lessons: 

• Prepaid packages: Refunds can only be requested before the first lesson has been scheduled. After that, a refund can no longer be processed.
• Monthly subscriptions: All sales for monthly subscriptions are final.
